WELCOME TO UNITED CITIES AND LOCAL GOVERNMENTS OF AFRICA

The United Cities and Local Governments of Africa (UCLGA) is an association of municipalities and national/regional local government associations in Africa. It was founded on 18 May 2005 in Tshwane, South Africa, to be a single voice and representative of African local government, to build capacity within African local government and to mobilise resources and facilitate development based on relevant priorities in the local communities of Africa. Membership to the UCLGA is categorized into active, associate and honorary.
